Using Sudoku Puzzles Ace

Sudoku Puzzles Ace has very nice and easy-to-use interface. Below you can see a screenshot of the main window of the program. The names of the menu items on the right are quite self-explanatory. But still we will give them some brief description.

• The "New game" option generates new radom puzzles.
• The "Reset game" option returns the current grid to its initial state, i.e. clears all cells filled by the user.
• Use the "Save game" option to save the current state of the grid to continue later.
• The "Load game" option will restore the previously saved game.
• You can even ask the program to solve the most difficult Sudoku puzzles or puzzles from newspapers using the "Solve" option. Please note: computer will be able to do this only if you have not made an incorrect decision during your solution process.
• Every time you get stuck you can use the "Hint" button to ask computer for help and it will point to cell the correct value of which is easy to find.
• The "Help" option just displays this help file.
• Use the "About" option to see program's about dialog with the information about the current version of Sudoku Puzzles Ace.

The digit buttons below the grid helps you enter numbers into the cells. The button with a "-" sign clears the current cell. You can also enter digits using keyboard. Please note: the program will not allow you to enter digits that violate the rules, e.g. you will not be able to enter "5" into any cell of the 3rd row of the grid on the picture because there is a "5" int the 9th column of this row.
